From today moving forward DRYVE is going to start suggesting, re-blogging, and posting workout tips on Friday’s since the weekend is the time when we all tend to have a little more time and can focus on being healthy rather than worrying about work, school, and everything else that seems to happen during the week…we decided to start with lunges since they are easy, efficient, and can be done almost anywhere - in your house, gym, workplace, etc. These are great for those hips, glutes, and thighs!!
